AMANDA RUTHENY, ART
Amanda is an outstanding Art/Creative Director with experience in both digital and print collateral. From her award-winning work on Cadillac.com to her Clio winning integrated campaign for Optive, she has led some of the most impressive marketing campaigns across all media channels. While working at Rosetta, Amanda’s positive attitude and expertise has excited clients and inspired team members for the past 7 years. She guided many talented groups on successful brand launches, new business initiatives and conceived multiple campaigns that are in market today.
Prior to her time at Rosetta, Amanda was VP, Senior Art Director with ARC Worldwide and Clarion Promotions where her clients included the likes of Kellogg’s, Guinness, The History Channel and Pontiac.
Amanda’s creative talents begin with conceptualization and always end with pixel-perfect design executions across all media landscapes.

TOM SCHNEIDER, UX
Tom has over 20 years experience in advertising and digital marketing. He is a former VP of The Usability Professionals Association (Philadelphia) and ongoing contributor to UXMagazine. At Rosetta, Tom was an Associate Partner in User Experience who spent 8 years helping the agency grow from a 85 person company to over 1200 employees. Working with Amanda, he helped grow accounts and win over 27 advertising awards in the process. Prior to Rosetta, Tom spent lead creative at Catapult Design for clients such as Boeing Helicopters and QuickeMop where he helped launch one of the first template-based DIY website and presentation creator for online and mobile channels.
Tom focuses on designing relevant, cross channel experiences that deepen brand relationships and add meaning to customers' lives. He ensures that every brand touch point serves a larger purpose in the brand experience; that every tactic, online or off, plays a meaningful role in the customer ecosystem and brand program architecture.
